Prospera No Show/Cancellation Policy 

 

Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner, ensure all clients can schedule appointments when they need them, and provide consistent ongoing support to every client we serve. 

 

Whenever possible, we ask that you keep your scheduled appointments as it helps our coaches balance their client load and ensure consistent ongoing care. In the event you need to cancel, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible by logging into your account. Your early cancellation allows us to offer your appointment time to another client in need. 

 

The policy for last minute cancellations and no shows is as follows:

Last Minute Cancellation (<8 hours notice): We certainly understand that things come up that make it impossible to keep your scheduled appointment. However, out of respect to our coaches and their time, there will be a $15 charge for 25 minute appointments and a $30 for 50 minute appointments canceled with less than 8 hours notice.

 

No Show Policy: A “no show” is when an appointment is missed without CANCELING it in advance. Out of respect to our coaches and their time, there will be a $15 charge for 25 minute appointments and a $30 for 50 minute appointments that are missed without prior cancellation.


No Show Fee Policy Acknowledgement: By accepting an appointment, you are agreeing to this cancellation/”no-show” policy.
