As a mental health coach, I’m here to support you in navigating the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood. I know how surprising and difficult these challenges can be, and I want you to know you’re not alone and, with help, you can feel better. Our sessions are a safe space for you to share what’s on your mind and talk about your struggles. Together, we’ll identify and practice techniques and tools tailored to your specific goals so you can feel like yourself again. I’m so glad you’re here!
