Sara Hayes

I support mothers navigating anxiety and the identity shifts of pregnancy and early motherhood. As a mother of three young children, I bring both professional training and lived experience (including postpartum anxiety and depression, cross-country moves, and seasons without family support) to my work with clients. My coaching style is warm and grounded, helping women untangle anxious thought patterns and build practical tools for everyday stability. I am also a lifelong runner and I value the role of movement and mindfulness in healing and thoughtfully integrate these practices into my coaching approach.
