Kameko Martinez
Hi, I’m Kameko, a Prospera Mental Health Coach, mom of two, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and IBCLC. I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional transitions of early motherhood. I understand how deeply connected our mental health, physical wellbeing, and daily stressors are during this season of life.
While my background includes nutrition and lactation, in this space my focus is on mental health. Whether you’re navigating postpartum mood changes, anxiety, identity shifts, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and supported.
Together, we’ll use practical, evidence-based tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and steady not just as a mom, but as yourself. You don’t have to carry it all alone.
