There are often very few spaces where new parents feel safe enough to be fully honest about their emotional experiences through pregnancy, loss, and parenthood. Many face intrusive thoughts, anxiety, grief, and overwhelming transitions in silence; often weighed down by fear or shame. My work is rooted in ensuring that no parent feels alone, and that they feel seen and supported. Our sessions together are your time to speak openly about the realities of this season. Together, we’ll explore practical and emotional tools to help you navigate the perinatal journey with greater confidence and peace.
