Emma Lovell
When you close your eyes and picture yourself, I want you to be able to love and appreciate that woman and to remember that she is worthy of a full life. As a mental health coach, I am here to support you as you grow through this messy, chaotic chapter. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space in our sessions where you can just be you, or maybe learn who that is again. We will work together to build up your skills, strength, and self-confidence to pursue what is most important to you on your journey.
