These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern enrollment in and use of Prospera’s training courses (“Course,” “Program”) offered by Prospera Mental Health & Wellness (“Prospera,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Course Purpose and Scope
The Course is a professional training program designed to support health and wellness coaches in developing coaching skills informed by evidence-based, cognitive behavioral principles. The Course is educational in nature and is intended to be delivered fully within the scope of practice for health and wellness coaching.
The Course does not provide clinical training, licensure, diagnosis, treatment, or psychotherapy, and completion does not qualify participants to provide mental health treatment or therapeutic interventions.
2. Eligibility
The Course is intended for professionals with prior training in health and wellness coaching or related fields. You are responsible for ensuring that participation in the Course is appropriate for your background, credentials, and professional scope of practice.
3. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
The Course content is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Participation in the Course does not establish a clinician-patient or therapist-client relationship with Prospera, instructors, or other participants.
Participants are solely responsible for practicing within their professional scope and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and credentialing requirements.
4. Use of Course Materials
All Course materials, including videos, worksheets, session outlines, role-play personas, and educational content, are the intellectual property of Prospera and are provided for individual professional use only.
You may:
- Use Course materials in your own coaching practice with clients, consistent with scope of practice
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share Course materials publicly or privately
- Use materials to create competing training programs
- Record or redistribute live sessions or role-plays
5. Live Sessions and Role Play Participation
Live integration sessions, role-plays, and group discussions are educational and optional components of the Course. Participants agree to engage respectfully and professionally.
Prospera may provide structured role-play personas and practice exercises. These are fictional scenarios designed for learning purposes only.
Prospera reserves the right to remove participants from live sessions or the Course for unprofessional, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
6. Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or professional information shared by other participants during live sessions, discussions, or role-plays.
You may not disclose identifying details about other participants or their shared experiences outside of the Course.
7. Certification and Continuing Education
Completion of the Course may qualify participants for:
- Continuing education credits, subject to approval by relevant credentialing bodies
- Eligibility for the Prospera CBC Perinatal Coaching Certification, contingent on meeting all additional requirements, including post-course consultation
Prospera reserves the right to modify certification or CE eligibility requirements at any time.
Completion of the Course does not guarantee employment with Prospera.
8. Payments, Refunds, and Access
Unless otherwise stated:
- Course fees are non-refundable after access is granted
- Access to Course materials is time-limited as specified at enrollment
9. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Prospera makes no guarantees regarding professional outcomes, income, client results, employment, or certification beyond what is explicitly stated. Results depend on participant engagement, background, and application of skills.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prospera is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Course or use of Course materials.
11. Modifications
Prospera may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Course constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
