Motherhood has a way of reshaping us in ways we don’t always expect. Pregnancy and early motherhood can be filled with love and meaning, but they can also bring anxiety, identity shifts, grief, relationship changes, and moments where you wonder if you’re the only one struggling. As a mother of two and a maternal wellness coach, I understand how emotionally complex this season can be. My goal is to create a space where you can speak honestly about what you’re going through without judgment. Together, we’ll explore what you’re feeling, make sense of the emotional ups and downs of this chapter, and develop practical tools that help you feel more steady, supported, and connected to yourself.
Much of my work is rooted in the belief that mothers deserve a village too. I’m passionate about helping women feel less alone during pregnancy and postpartum, and about rebuilding the kind of support that so many mothers today are missing. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more grounded, more supported, and more confident as you navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and the evolving journey of motherhood. It’s time to care for YOU!
