Motherhood can reshape us in ways we don’t fully anticipate. As a mom of two, raising children in a bicultural family across different countries, balancing career and major identity shifts, and navigating early motherhood without family nearby, I understand how beautiful and disorienting this season can feel. I bring a calm, thoughtful, and culturally aware presence to our work, along with a background in the science of emotion that helps us make sense of what you’re experiencing. I look forward to creating a space for you to process honestly and build practical tools so you can feel more grounded, steady, and confident in your motherhood journey.
