Pregnancy and early motherhood can feel tender, overwhelming, and sometimes unexpectedly heavy. You may be navigating anxiety, mood shifts, or distressing thoughts while trying to hold it all together. You don’t have to carry that alone.
As your coach, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can speak honestly and feel understood. Together, we’ll gently untangle what you’re experiencing and build practical tools that fit into your real life. My hope is that you leave each session feeling steadier, lighter, and reminded that you are capable of this.
